Terms & Conditions for Frozen Prices During the Holiday Period

1. General Pricing Policy
Albatross Cars is committed to providing consistent and transparent pricing during the holiday season. These terms and conditions outline the application of frozen (normal) prices and specific exceptions during Christmas and New Year periods.

2. Holiday Period Pricing Policy

Frozen Prices: Regular (normal) rates will apply throughout the Christmas and New Year period, including:

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

Boxing Day

New Year's Eve

New Year's Day

New Year Exception:
A surcharge will apply only for journeys booked between 31st December 2024, 11:00 PM, and 2:00 AM on 1st January 2025.

3. Booking Requirements

All bookings during the holiday period must be confirmed in advance to ensure availability.

Albatross Cars reserves the right to request deposits for high-demand dates.

4. Surcharge Application

The surcharge for journeys during the specified New Year exception period (31/12/24, 11 PM - 01/01/25, 2 AM) will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
